Question about 'my sister's keeper'?

Ok so I'm reading 'my sister's keeper' by Jodie picoult and it's the copy I gt from my schools library. And I'm reading and I decided to just flip through the rest of the pages and I'm on page 367 and I saw a page past that point of the book that said it was page 345 I got really confused so I read it. The book ends on page392 and then start again with pages 345 and the last page of the book is page 376. It repeats like thirty pages! Is this just my copy of the book? Is the actual last page the page where it says 'she said thank you' (I didn't read anymore than that because I didn't want to spoil it for myself) I'm so confused right now!
